He Cooks
"The He Cooks recipes and techniques were easy to follow and easy to remember. Other classes I've done have been too complicated to remember and a bit intimidating when it comes time to try the dishes by yourself. I needed skills to help me throw something together for friends that was easy and a bit different and the He Cooks classes have helped me do just that. They were good fun too!"

About Coffee Masterclass with Toby Smith from Toby's Estate

Having delighted the palates of Sydney’s short-black set for the past six years, Toby’s Estate coffee is widely recognised as being at the forefront of Australia’s boutique coffee market. At the helm, master roaster Toby Smith, in partnership with his sister Jo, has realized his vision for the company in creating a unique and superior collection of great drinking, aromatic brews, served in selected restaurants, cafes and delis and sold at fine food stores throughout Australia.

In this lesson Toby will share his passion for coffee in an informative class that will use an Australian, East Timorese Organic and a Brazillian Organic coffee as examples to compare and contrast.

We will also cook with coffee, using three great recipes to bring out the best in the coffees Toby brings to the class.
