Michael Williams is an expert on herbs and a handy homechef. In this lesson Michael discusses growing herbs either inground or potted, best ways to grow herbs, preparation of herbs, designs/layouts of herb gardens, and safe home remedies for pest control.

About Coffee Masterclass with Toby Smith from Toby's Estate
Having delighted the palates of Sydneys short-black set for the past six years, Tobys Estate coffee is widely recognised as being at the forefront of Australias boutique coffee market. At the helm, master roaster Toby Smith, in partnership with his sister Jo, has realized his vision for the company in creating a unique and superior collection of great drinking, aromatic brews, served in selected restaurants, cafes and delis and sold at fine food stores throughout Australia.
In this lesson Toby will share his passion for coffee in an informative class that will use an Australian, East Timorese Organic and a Brazillian Organic coffee as examples to compare and contrast.
We will also cook with coffee, using three great recipes to bring out the best in the coffees Toby brings to the class.
